Garden Design
The H. family has already put a lot of thought into how they want to design their garden. They also wished for a carport and a terrace, but found it difficult to imagine what the final result would look like.
Project Description
The H. family has a large garden and desired a well-thought-out, harmonious overall plan. Plans included a pool, an outdoor shower, a sauna, and an open seating group. The remaining area was to be landscaped and provide space for children.
Additionally, a carport with a terrace above it was planned, the feasibility of which we were also to examine during planning. Many questions were still open. What size should the carport be? How would the terrace look with or without a roof? Where would be the ideal location for the pool? To clarify these points quickly and efficiently, we implemented the planning from the start using 3D visualizations.
Our Solution
We provided a lower level for the pool and sauna, while the rest of the garden slope remains landscaped. Additionally, several elements for children are planned, including a flat climbing wall with a slide and a seating area in the lower garden area. For the carport, it was decided that it should be significantly smaller. This reduces costs considerably while simultaneously allowing sufficient daylight to reach the ground floor—an important aspect for the room located there.
