IMAGO offers fast and efficient planning for your space through visual representation, using virtual room design to show you exactly how each area will feel. By combining your needs and emotional world with my expertise as a design coach, we translate your vision into a shared visual language.
This allows you to see early on which variants work for your indoor and outdoor spaces and where we should fine-tune the details. Potential planning errors become visible, solutions can be found in time, and changes are made with a clear view of your final goal.
What You Receive
Optimal Floor Plan
Using 3D views (without materials and textures), we develop the optimal floor plan, determine the position of all furniture elements, and test solutions for ergonomics and everyday usability.
Wall & Floor Design
We review and optimize the selection of colors and materials using photorealistic 3D visualizations, ensuring everything harmonizes and meets our design objectives.
Furniture Selection
Based on the mood board from the IN TOUCH workshop, we develop a specific furniture selection that meets the needs of all family members. This selection is then verified and illustrated through photorealistic 3D renders.
Lighting Concept
We develop the ideal lighting for every activity and scenario in the room. These concepts are tested and adjusted using photorealistic 3D visualizations.
3D Visualization
At the end, you see your space rendered photorealistically in 3D, experiencing the entire concept as a unified whole. This gives you the confidence to judge whether it meets your needs or requires further adjustment.
Process
Floor Plan Development
Based on your input, I develop up to five different floor plan variants for you.
Online Meeting (60 Min.)
Together, we discuss the pros and cons of all floor plans and select the optimal layout.
Furniture, Wall & Floor Design, Lighting
Based on the workshop data or provided information, I create up to three different object, color, and material variants for each element and develop a matching lighting concept.
Online Meeting (30 Min.)
We discuss the options in detail, identifying what you like and checking your wishes against the established design goals.
3D Visualization
I create photorealistic 3D visualizations (up to four images) featuring the selected objects in the space.
Online Meeting (30 Min.)
We review the 3D renders and verify the results. If you wish to try a different approach in 3D, two revisions are included (up to one hour of work each).
Final 3D Renders
Finally, you receive the 3D images of the selected variant via email.
