What You Receive
Two Mood Boards
Based on your needs analysis, you receive two proposals covering color palettes, materials, and furniture.
3D Visualization
A photorealistic 3D render of the design concept based on the selected floor plan and mood board.
Three Individual Floor Plan Layouts
You receive three tailored furnishing solutions oriented toward your needs, wishes, and ergonomic requirements.
Dimensioned Room Views
Detailed room views including dimensions for architectural elements, wall and floor designs, furniture, and electrical connections.
Product List
A list of selected furniture and decorations with prices and links where available.
Process
Needs Analysis - Online Meeting (60 Min.)
In this meeting, we discuss your and your family's requirements and wishes for the space.
Drafting
Based on your materials, I create three 3D floor plan layouts and two mood boards for you to choose from. You receive these via email.
3D Visualization
The selected floor plan and mood board are used to create photorealistic 3D renders.
Online Review (30 Min.)
We discuss the design concept and any potential changes. One revision (up to one hour of work) is included.
Final Data Handover
The finalized project files are uploaded to my cloud, and you receive a download link via email.
